Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, the last thing
they want is to be hindered by construction.
The last thing the casino wants is to lose
revenue because of unhappy customers.

INSTALLATION CHALLENGES:
Harrah’s Cherokee Casino required a
combination of new roofing and re-roofing
solutions. All work had to be accomplished
with the buildings occupied by hotel and
casino guests. All work had to be
accomplished at 140 feet in the air.
To help keep casino guests happy, we staged
this project inconspicuously on the backside
of the buildings. To keep casino management
happy, we made sure their guests were
well-rested and started our work after
10:00AM. Worker safety at such heights was
not only a concern for Martin Roofing
Services and Harrah’s Casino, but also a
concern of OSHA. We had to comply with OSHA
safety standards, putting all rooftop
workers in full-body harnesses secured to
anchored safety systems. |
